A group of us stayed some on the campsite and some in the rooms, and we couldn't have been made more welcome. The meals were excellent and with good beer as well. The staff were all extremely friendly and we shall deffinatly be going back..

Very busy!
Great pub very busy due to bikers meeting up! Brilliant atmosphere even though the bar staff were rushed of their feet!!! Staying in the campers field very good value!! Will go back when no bikers meeting next time hopefully lol

“Excellent trip!”

The Y Giler Arms have amazing staff that give top notch service! Delicious food and fantastic drink prices. I would without a doubt visit this establishment again. My best friend and I spent 4 days there for a girls trip and although remote it was perfect. The beautiful welsh rolling hills and the quaint dog friendly bar area really made the trip. The local people were friendly and we had many laughs over the pool table! I would highly recommend visiting!

“Great food, good value, recommended.”

Our party of four adults, three children and our dog met here for a meal having booked earlier in the day. Because of the dog we were confined to the bar area which is in need of some redecorating but is perfectly comfortable. Warm welcome and great service from friendly staff. The food was very good - I had the lamb shank which was delicious - and would have given it a five star rating but for the non availability of fresh vegetables when we visited, however I understand it was a Monday night after a busy weekend.

14 of us went for an evening at the Giler Arms over the bank holiday and we all had a great time. The evening meals were all excellent and reasonably priced and the new owners very hospitable and keen to please. Views from the rooms and restaurant were amazing and would recommend this stay. We would have no hesitation in going back. Thank you to the owners and see you again soon. Mr. R PITT - 1st Sep, 2015

Great atmosphere , comfortable and a fabulous host. The accomodation is not luxurious but it is comfortable and the effort made by the landlord was more than enough to make up for any minor niggles Thank You for a great weekend Mr. Peter Neale - 17th Sep, 2014

Dogs must be kept on a lead and under close control at all times as we are surrounded by working farm land and lots of sheep! Please clear up after your dog. Dogs are welcome in the Public Bar and in the Games Room.
